Terms of use for Prune during private beta.

Service
Prune provides an LLM proxy with caching and optimization. During private beta, access is invite-only and the service is provided as-is. Uptime targets will be published for paid plans.
Acceptable use
You may not use Prune for illegal content, abuse rate limits, or attempt to access other users' data. You are responsible for compliance with OpenAI and Anthropic terms for upstream usage.
API keys
You are responsible for securing your Prune and provider keys. Notify us immediately if a key is compromised.
Limitation of liability
Prune is not liable for indirect damages or upstream provider outages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid to Prune in the prior 12 months (or $100 during free beta).
Changes
We may update these terms with notice via email or dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
